At the dawn of the Postmodern Global Ecologial Era

precipitated by the post-industrial Electronic Revolution,

and praying fervently to the Holy Spirit for the gifts of wisdom and courage,

we the leaders of Pax Romana’s US Intellectual-professional federation

humbly and warmly invite our global Protestant, Orthodox, and Catholic sisters and brothers,

including from all of the twenty-three sui juris Catholic Churches

as well as all interested persons of good will,

to join with us electronically in pursuing the

Employing global electronic communications and digital materials,

the Initiative will promote local and global study and dialogue using the See-Judge-Act method,

with the prayerful hope of contributing in two ways to a postmodern global intellectual-artistic renaissance.

First, the Initiative will humbly try to help our Global Human Family,

whose majority now lives in the Global South of Planet Earth,

to navigate through the traumatic ecological, social, and spiritual breakdown of

the Modern Industrial-Colonial form of Western Civilization,

and within that journey to create an environmentally, socially, and spiritually regenerative

Postmodern Global Ecological Civilization.

Second, the Initiative will also humbly try to help our Global Christian Family,

whose majority now also lives in the Global South of Planet Earth,

to navigate through the traumatic ecological, social, and spiritual breakdown of

the Modern Industrial-Colonial form of Western Christian Evangelization,

and within that journey to create an environmentally, spiritually, and socially regenerative

Postmodern Global Ecological Evangelization.

In a framework which places Religion in dialogue with Philosophy and Science,

we ground this Initiative in Postmodern Global Catholic Social Teaching as founded by John XXIII,

in the ancient Christian teaching of the two books of Divine revelation,

namely the Book of Nature and the Book of the Bible,

in the emerging postmodern philosophical-scientific New Cosmology of holistic co-creative evolution,

and in the emerging postmodern holistic evolutionary-ecological spirituality.

We undertake this Initiative for the sake of

our children and our children’s children for countless future generations.

We hope and pray this Initiative will help us to pass on to all the children

a regenerative and sustainable Postmodern Global Ecological Civilization,

and a regenerative and sustainable Postmodern Global Ecological Evangelization.

We gratefully dedicate this Initiative to Africa’s late great ecological leader, Wangari Maathai,

and to all young women and young men who seek to become postmodern regenerative global leaders.

Finally, we ask for your prayer that the Holy Spirit guide this Initiative.
